PAYMENT TERMS:
| | Individuals - 20% deposit within 10 days of reservation
| | Additional 40% required 60 days prior to departure
| | Full balance is due 30 days before the trip
| | Group - $1000 non-refundable deposit due within 10 working days of reservation
| | Additional $2000 deposit due 4 months prior to departure
| | Full payment due 40 days before departure.
CANCELLATIONS:
| | Individuals - 90 days prior to departure, 20% is forfeited, if within 90-61 days, 33% is forfeited.
| | If 60 days before departure, no refund is available.
| | Cancellations must be in writing
| | Groups - 120 days prior to departure, deposits are forfeited. | |
